Surveillance
Videotaped activities are clear documentations of the subjects’ activities,
abilities, limitations and associations during the day or night.
Surveillance is usually conducted for Infidelity investigations, employee
investigations, fraud investigations, theft investigations, civil investigations,
insurance investigations and many more. Surveillance is extremely useful for
evaluating your subject, documenting their daily activities, who they meet
with, lifestyle or whatever other fact you are looking to obtain. Our
investigators will obtain discreet video documentation using state-of-the-art
surveillance equipment, miniature body worn hidden cameras, night vision capable
cameras, GPS vehicle tracking systems, and sophisticated surveillance techniques.
Investigations can be conducted in most major cities throughout the United States.
Video surveillance
Video surveillance is an invaluable tool and very often the evidence gathered
by MJS Investigators greatly assists our clients and their defense counsel in
defending claims. MJS Investigations has one of the most comprehensive and
experienced team of surveillance professionals in the U.S.
Aerial Surveillance and Photography
MJS Investigations assist in discovering hidden assets on secluded or
private property from a bird’s eye point of view.
MJS Investigations provide real estate and home owner’s associations,
or views of development, engineering projects, and construction sites
showing progress or finished jobs.
MJS Investigations also provides aerial photo evidence for Townships, Cities,
Counties and States. We aid the Zoning and Economic Development Agencies in
support of growth, preservation and enforcement issues. We are based in South
Bend, Indiana and fly our aircraft out of the Goshen Municipal Airport in Goshen,
IN. Our most recent Client, Jefferson Township, located in the Cassopolis Michigan
area has recently benefited from our efforts in providing evidence in code
enforcement issues in reference to blight and has successfully prosecuted. We are
currently working with their County in providing additional services for all of
the Townships in reference to code enforcement and farmland preservation issues.
• Construction: Vertical views, that can be shot to scale if necessary,
give you a plan view of a project before, during, and after construction.
Oblique views show the site from an angle giving more of a side
view, and is very popular when showing the project after construction.
• Commercial: A great asset, aerial photographs offer a view of your
commercial property or building from above. Vertical views are used to depict
available areas for future land development. Oblique views are used to help
promote building sales.
• Residential: By adjusting the area seen in oblique views, aerial photographs can
either provide a focused view of the property for sale, or show all the surrounding properties,
streets, schools, and shopping centers which can decide a purchase.
• City and Country Views: These photographs will give you a view
of a complete neighborhood or town, showing all major routes and geographical
sites, whether it is of the whole town or just the area in which you’re interested
in. Investigative, Insurance and Environmental agencies use our services continually.
